The share capital of PRIMETECH SA amounts to PLN 15,609,833.00 and divides into 15,609,833 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each, entitling to 15,609,833 votes at the general meeting, including:

4.177.467 ordinary bearer shares series A,
10.025.366 ordinary bearer shares series B,
1.407.000 ordinary bearer shares series C.

The first ever listing of PRIMETECH SA shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange based in Warsaw was on 4 June 1998.
